Product Return Policy
Opened products are eligible for return and full refund (via method of purchase) within 14 days following purchase for any reason. Only eligible for return and refund if product use or depletion does not exceed directed application quantity per the amount of days the product was in purchaser’s possession.
Unopened products are eligible for return and full refund (via method of purchase) within 30 days following purchase for any reason. Only eligible for return and refund if product is unused, unopened, and tampering-prevention seals and packaging are all intact.
For any full refund to be rendered, customers must be able to prove purchase from SkinLab Denver by receipt or staff search of the sales system for billing records confirming the product and purchase date. All products are considered ineligible for return or refund if the product or packaging appear damaged, tampered with, inauthentic, or destroyed. Products that are lost, stolen, or misplaced or any products not presented in-person for return are not eligible for a refund. Staff may refuse any returns and refunds at management’s discretion to prevent abuse of the return policy. This policy does not apply to final sale products, or any promotional item received without charge, including samples, gifts with purchase, coupons, and gift cards.
It is recommended that patients test any products they intend to purchase with in-office tester products or take-home samples, if available. It is recommended to test for sensitivity, rash, or other incompatibility with a small amount of any new product in an inconspicuous area for 24 hours before applying to the face or body as directed. It is recommended to test and complete your first use of a product promptly after purchase to allow ample time to return unsuitable opened product, if needed.
